WHERE DO WE SHIP?
Bocke.co ships to all 48 contiguous states and U.S. PO Boxes (standard shipping only). We do not currently offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands or any off shore territories. We do not ship to international locations.
WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO WE USE?
Standard shipping is sent through UPS Sure Post and delivered by USPS. All other packages are delivered via UPS.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Please note that standard shipping is only available for orders with a total weight of 9 lbs or less. Shipping charges will be calculated during checkout based on the total package weight.
WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?
Orders placed before 12am CST Monday – Thursday will be shipped within 48 to 72 hours (pending availability). Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following week.
Delivery speed will vary depending on the selected shipping method:
Delivery time does not include holidays or weekends. Shipping delays may occur due to conditions such as severe weather. shoppartsdirect.com cannot be held responsible for these delays.
Due to the volume of orders, processing and delivery speed may be slower during the holiday months.
